Offset Print

High-quality printing method that utilizes a printing plate and rubber blanket to transfer designs on paper. Best for large runs.

Digital Print

Digital printing method that requires no printing plate. Designs are transferred electronically, making it cost-effective for small runs.

UV Print

Fast-drying printing method using ultraviolet lights to cure inks which results in a gloss finish.

Water-based Ink

Comprised of water and pigment that provides high-quality color output and is 100% eco friendly.

Soy / Vegetable Ink

100% eco friendly and comprised of soy/vegetable oil and pigment to provide a vibrant color output.

Hot Foil Stamping

Form of relief printing in which foil is transferred to a surface at high temperatures.

Cold Foil Printing

Form of relief printing in which foil is transferred to a surface by pressing onto UV curable adhesives.

Blind Embossing

Form of relief printing in which dies is pressed on the back of the material to form a raised motif.

Blind Debossing

Form of relief printing in which dies is pressed on the front of the material to form a raised motif.

Registered Embossing

Form of relief printing in which a die is pressed on the back of the material to form a raised motif.

Combination Embossing

Combination between embossing and foil stamping. It creates a 3D motif that features a foil finish.

Window Patching

Die-cut shape is layered with plastic film to feature a window showcasing the product inside.

SBS C1S

Premium-grade bleached white paperboard coated on one side for high-quality printing and finishes.

SBS C2S

Premium-grade bleached white paperboard coated on two sides for high-quality printing and finishes.

CCNB

Natural Brown Kraft

What is the minimum order quantity for your wine boxes?

Our minimum order quantity (MOQ) for our packaging depends on the packaging you are ordering. Unfortunately, due to the nature of wine packaging, which involves multiple different packaging types, we cannot provide a solid MOQ unless specified.

Where is your packaging all produced from?

To deliver the best cost and time to our customers, all our packaging is produced by vetted, score-carded manufacturers across North America and East Asia. Please contact our product specialists by phone or email to get more detailed information.

 

What is your turnaround time?

Our current turnaround times are an estimated 10 - 20 business days depending on the packaging type, order size, and time of the year.

 

How long does shipping take?

Due to the constant changes in shipping and the origin of your manufacturing, we cannot guarantee a general shipping time for our customers. To get a more accurate shipping time, please get in touch with our product specialists to provide you with an up-to-date estimation.

 

Can I order a sample of wine packaging?

You most definitely can, and advise you to do so before any mass production order! We carry many sample types to fulfill different use cases and help guarantee results between different stages of your packaging journey! You can view all our sample types here.

Can you provide me with a dieline?

Unfortunately, all dielines are provided to our customers when your order has been placed, and payment has been made due to the fact that all our dielines are custom made to your specifications.

 

Alternatively, you may receive a dieline when placing a sample order, which will be included in your sampling cost.
